Can someone tell me if this is correct for 63? Also, it seems odd there is only a flange on one side. Is this correct or has someone modified this? It does have the "ds" on the back side .

I can't tell if yours is the 63-65 version or not, but for sure it has been modified. The square holes in corners should be 5/16" and not 3/8". and there should only be one hole in top middle that matches bottom middle, and both sides should have raised flange.
Here is real 63-65 bracket.
