color of rear window reinforcements on a c2 convertible hardtop
Hello all. In the process of restoring my C2 hardtop and wondering what color the rear window reinforcements are supposed to be painted. There are two, one middle lower the other middle upper that hold the special button screw that passes through the rear window. Now one is black (the lower removable bracket), the other is body color (riveted upper bracket.) Though I would check before I painted it the same as it currently is.
The 1966 judging manual makes no reference.
