    63 corvette AM radio repair

Looking for a recommendation for a shop to repair my early 63 AM radio, worked fine until last winter.
    Located in central NJ.

Saw a recommendation for a radio repair shop in Utica, NJ.

Who has a good reputation for such repairs, preferably nearby ?

    Thanks,
    Joe

    Joe,

You can try Howard Foulds, HF Enterprises, Elmwood Park, NJ. Phone 973-800-4565. He has serviced several radios for me and other friends, including my 1967 Corvette AM/FM radio.

You can mention to him that I told you to call.

      Joe,
The guy you want to talk to is:

Robert Pacini at Precision Stereo Repair
      6475 Stage Rd
      Utica , NY
      315-797-5219

He recently restored our 63 Wonderbar , it came out beautiful, both functionally and cosmetically.
If you want more info PM feel free to PM me.

Here's a link to some info on Robert's work. It mentions his location as Hartford NY but Utica, NY is correct.

Robert Pacini did excellent work on my 63 am/fm and can bump up the bass and treble on your stock unit for better sound.

Rob has overhauled at least 6 mid year radios for me. Each was modified with a blue tooth lead. Can be hidden in dash if needed

Robert did 3 C2 radios for me. Can't beat the price. I highly recommend him.

I also recommend Howard Foulds. He is local here in New Jersey and just as knowledgeable as anyone with radio repair and restoration.
