Go to any new car dealership in your area. Go to the Pre-Owned department (used cars) and ask them who they use to do their interior vinyl repair. These stores do dozens of these types of repairs every single month.

Try using "Bish's original tear mender" found on Amazon.
Follow directions on container .
It works on small holes and tears.
