    C6 Gas Strut Rebuild

    For those of you looking to keep your C6's original. I sent my hood and hatch gas struts to LST. They came back today and I installed them, like new again. Original parts for Flight Judging are better. I also got tired of the hood hitting my head.

    The shipping will depend on where you live. The price to me with return shipping was $126.00 US. The shipping cost to LST was on top of the $126.00.

    I would guess they rebuild any year struts.

    Oh, if you are doing this alone, get a good safety hood prop. That hood is heavy and so it the hatch.

      Makes me wish I'd have pulled them off before I put the car away for storage.

          Patrick, I did not want to post anything till I installed them and was satisfied. Chuck, in Florida, had him do his hood and trunk struts on his 2006. I believe Chuck's were done over a year ago and he said they work like new and still do after a year.

              LST did the struts on my 92 hatch.
              Worked perfectly and passed PV.
              They are a relative bargain.
