Breaking News - NCRS Region IV Director

Dear NCRS Members,

After serving on the NCRS Board as the NCRS Region IV Director since 2011, John Ballard has elected to step down. John has not only served on the Board for those many years, he has also been a key resource to NCRS members on body paint issues, and more recently has led the NCRS Advanced Judging Schools at Regional events and Conventions. John will be sorely missed on the Board, but we look forward to seeing he and Judy at future NCRS events.

John will be missed. He has contributed a lot to NCRS through the years. He attended almost every chapter event in his region, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as Queen City and Indiana events. He also attended most regionals around the country.

John "The Real Deal" Ballard will be missed on the judging field. I have judged with and been judged by John and it was always fun and an education. THANK YOU JOHN!!
