C2 Power Top??

To help settle an argument with a friend - did any year of the C2's offer a power top? If so, how did it work with the convertible deck lid?
I have a 64 convertible which I am restoring, but have never seen any mention of anything related to a power top in my manual and reference books. As I understand, some C1's had this option, but it seems that they did not have the hinged convertible deck lid? Thanks for your help.

NO mid year ever had a power top. solid axles had that option. and I think C8 is the first one since to have one again

The power top was offered 1956 - 1962, the numbers produced went down every year. They do have a hinged convertible deck lid which is opened as part of the system.
