    1963 Expansion tank straps

    Can someone tell me the position of these straps on a early car, (November). In my AIM it shows the straps with a revision note dated early 63 and reverses the straps, upper and lower. The part #s don't change just the position, the upper is moved to the lower position and lower is moved to the upper.
