Is there a way to do 50 state title search.All the website including the NMVTS requires a 17 digit number which old cars do not have .

Dan, Try bumper.com. For $1 you can get a 1 week subscription. You can input a 13 digit VIN into their webpage and they will return with the date and state in which the car was last registered. Of course, they cannot provide any owner information. BobComment
