Ignition lock

Hello All,
Is the ignition lock on the steering column for a standard column the same as for a tilt column on a C3? I am not referring to the ignition switch which is located further down on the column but the lock with the key.

The lock cylinder assembly is the same for both standard and T/T columns for 1969.
