EJ, have you tried to google that part number? You may come up with something, maybe EBay. I had a 97 that had the same problem at one time. You may also find someone that can rebuild the module?? A lot of time the circuit boards have mini relays that are problematic.

Auto ECM's (autoecms.com) has that module available in remanufactured form. It has other applications besides Corvette.

I did a little more research on this one and I cannot find that GM #16061602 was ever a SERVICE part number. I realize that this is the number that appears on the part but it must be either a non-SERVICED component of the module or a PRODUCTION only part number.

The current GM part number for the module is 12368387, aka ACDelco #15-71642. About 150 bucks.
