C6 Nose Bra

My Bad. I've neglected to install one on my 2006. On the way to the 2024 National my nose got hammered. Was a 1300-mile round trip drive.

So, suggestions for the best nose bra for a 2006.

There are some clear temporary protective films available. Just to get an idea, do a search on Amazon.

Yes, I had one and the mirror covers on my C7. Easy to install and remove. It also is a lightweight material that can be machine washed. Worked great for me!

I think we should revise our Body Paint Standards. For Flight Judging: Clear Vinyl Film from a 30% deduction to no points deducted (note on judging sheet). For Bowtie and Crossed Flags: ignore.

Your initial statement of paint damage highlights that issue. Damage from just driving your car. We should encourage members to drive their cars.

These cars should be seen on streets driving around - not locked away in someone's garage. Might help sustain public (and potential new member) interest in Corvette and NCRS.

If choice is preservation vs purist, my vote is preservation.
