Joe
too small???
Or completely different font?
The Trips in this picture are all AC Delco sold by your GM dealer. The ones on the bottom are originals from the C2 era. The ones on the top are original replacements but should not be judged as originals because of the size of the letters. They are much too small.
Reproductions sold today are like the replacements and should not be confused with originals. The supplier of replacements has no dates on delivery at this time.

Re: '66 Trip Odometer numbers wheel
I take it that the wheels from the odometer to the trip odometer are not interchangeable ? It is hard to tell the sizes from Tim's picture .
Also what about the wheels from the 68 to 74 trip odometer?Last edited by Jim Schwering (9598); Yesterday at 07:16 PM.

Re: '66 Trip Odometer numbers wheel
Yes, the odometer and trip-odometer appear to be the same size. Looking at them, I see no way to get them apart. That was one of my thoughts was to take apart my old trip-odometer, buy another odometer (take it apart) and make a new trip. If someone has insight on how the two come apart without destroying that shaft - it would be appreciated.
