    1969 Corvette Tires for Judging

I am finishing up a frame off restoration on a 1969 convertible October Build. The car came with the Original Spare Tire. The tire is a Goodyear Wide Tread with a Thin White Line. There is No other White on the Tire. Tire date is several months before build date.
Does anyone know of a manufacturer of a Reproduction Tire. If there is Not a Reproduction, should I just buy 5 reproduction tires and Not use the Original. Any comments or advice is greatly appreciated.

    Steve,
For judging purposes only, I would look into the tire shown below. I say "for judging purposes only" as this companies tires have a bad reputation for not balancing very well. They fit the "look" bill, though.

The Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread F70-15 pinstripe whitewall tire is a special tire, designed to fit the classic Chevrolet Corvette.

The spare tire does need to match the mounted ones. I would not remove it. Judges always like to see an original and that should be a 0 deduction.
