j clip rivets on 1967

where the J clip rivets pop or solid on a 67 st louis car, the rivets hold the j clip on the hood surround (fender) area, 1 on left and 1 on the right side, believe they are 1/8 in size, they hold the wiring harness. were they different on c2 depending on the year?

My St. L '67 has a very small pop rivet holding the J clip.
