Installed an NOS fuel sending unit for a 67. It leaks from three areas, the fuel outlet stem, and the two electrical pins. Tightened the nuts on the electrical pins and that seemed to correct those two leaking points. The fuel outlet stem seems to be leaking/weeping around the base of the stem where it goes through the unit circle. Any suggestions on fixing that leak? Any suitable repo/replacement sending units on the market?

Re: leaking fuel sending unit repair or replacement
Remove the sending unit from the tank. Braze the tube to the plate on the fuel side of the assembly.- Top

This what I used on two different sending units, no leaks. Be sure everything is really clean and oil free.

Seal-All is also good for temp/emergency fixes... keep an inexpensive tube handy in your shop.
Got a pinhole leak in your tank... grab a small piece of cardboard, squirt it, spread it, and forget it.- Top
