1972 wiper power issues

Good afternoon. Working on coupe wiper motor issues. All the vac systems works good,but now I have an electrical issue. I cannot get power to the wiper motor. The fuse and fuse checks good with a volt meter. There is now voltage at the wiper blade limit switch. I have benched checked the motor and it works great. Any help here would be great.Thankyou

Underneath steering column, is a black round knob. Twisting it clockwise, counter-clockwise turns power on and off the wiper motor. Make sure the switch is turned correctly?

Steve to add to Gary’s post, I had a ground issue with my 72. If Gary’s post does not fix it, try turning the motor on low speed and start by wiggling the connections at motor. And make sure when the door is open there is power on both sides of switch.
