C4 wheel lugs nuts and locks 1985 vs 1990

I owned 2 1985 Corvettes and 1 1990 Corvette that I put after market wheels on.
These are photos of the lugs, locks and bags that I just dug out.

Looks like the wheel locks must have been installed at the factory.

84 and 85 I think are the same.

Are the 1990 lugs right for any of the other years?

I have no idea what year the switch was made to the Amcor locks that were used for the 90. Amcor was used to the end of C4 production.

The locks were never "installed" at Bowling Green. They were shipped in and with the car. Hence the "Bag". Since the beginning, I have maintained that the 'bag' shouldn't be judged. The Judging Standard states "... Presented in the condition typical of having gone through Pre Delivery Inspection...". What if the tech that installed the locks threw the bag in the trash? If he did, and the bag therefor wasn't delivered 'in the car', "no bag" still passes the Judging Standard.

That second set of 85 locks is very nice. Doesn't look like its ever been used.

So the locks were shipped with the car and installed as part of dealer prep.
The second set of 85 locks were on the 85 that I bought new and put custom wheels on a few months later.

Yes, Lou the locks were placed on the car as part of the dealer prep (unless the owner told them not to do it). Also, the front spoiler air dam black plastic pieces were installed as dealer prep too. The rear USA 1 tag also came on the car from the factory. Some dealer trashed them just to put on their dealer tag trim with the tag.
