    1967 small block engine stamp grind out

    I'm looking for an article that was in the drive line ( way back when ) that was about a late 67 block that had the pad ground out and rehit . I'm looking at a real late 67 ( vin is in the 22,000 range ) that has a pad ,that appears to be a factory grind out
    thanks for any help
