Wiper Refills For My 2006

Encountered a Biblical deluge driving home from the Florida Chapter meet in Melbourne FL on Saturday. Was running 35-40 MPH for 45 minutes on the various Interstates/Turnpike roads with the wipers going full speed.

My wipers left a bit to be desired. They're the originals. They need to be replaced. I want only the rubber refills, not the arms, not the blade holders...

Thought this would be easy, but it's not.

Any suggestions for getting plain, original style rubber wiper refills?

I've replaced the rubber on my C5 a couple of times. Just know the length you need for each side and search for the rubber on Amazon. They're cheap!!!!!

They're 21" according to the JG. And yes, they're cheap. I just want to get the right ones.

I have found over the years that the Bosch ones are the best, if they make them in the size you need, good luck.

I know you're asking for just the rubber insert but the blades with rubber are only $13.00 each.

Exactly.
I bought a few sets of GMs like are listed here.
I saved my originals, but these work great and are inexpensive. Of course, the windshield gets Rain-X one a year.

I've never had any luck replacing just the inserts. When I've done this, the wipers just don't seem to perform properly. So, I don't replace just the inserts anymore.

If you are interested the GM rubber inserts are #12335960 ( L ) and 12335961 ( R ).

Chuck, the c-6 has different wipers L&R. The driver side has a built-in air defused that keeps the blade against the working area. They are vert inexpensive thru your Chevy dealer.
