    58 Engine Bay Hole Identification

I am trying to figure out what would have gone in my 1958 Corvette engine bay. There are 2 small holes on the passenger side inner fender skirt. Hopefully you can see the holes outlined in red up close to the front of the fresh air intake hose. ANyone know what gets mounted here?

No, the horn relay is on the other side (driver side)

Don't think they are factory holes.

          Agree with Tom.

My bet? It was where a siren bracket was mounted for a aftermarket burglar alarm, or maybe a fuel cutoff valve.

Or maybe a Radiator overflow bottle since the copper pipe at the radiator cap nipple is there too.
