'71 Five Port Washer Pump Seal

I'm looking to find any / all information that is available for the five port washer pump seal that is located between the pump body and the bottom side of the plastic washer hose port (first two photos). I do have the 5 port circle seal (last two photos).
    Photos are shown below.

Knowing that the five port washer fluid pump kit is no longer available (only the three port kit) . . . .
Does anyone have any information on this five port seal (picture, material, thickness, etc)?

I know that a five port reproduction pump is being offered, and, somebody must be providing this seal to the manufacturer of the reproduced five port pump. Would anyone know who is remanufacturing the five port pump?

I'm trying to find any/all seal information and seal availability, just in case I have to "attempt" to "re-create" it . . . . .
Everyone's help is very much appreciated. Thanks.

If that one is yours, it looks pretty good.
If there are no cracks, I would reuse it.

You could always buy a repro 5-port to harvest the seal, but I would personally not have a lot of faith in the new seal material. However, if it's all that's available...
