Disc brake parking brake adjusting "star" wheel

    Hello,

Is there a specific position that the parking brake "star" adjusting wheel on a disc brake car should to be in? Should it be more toward the leading (front) shoe or more towards the trailing (rear) shoe? Does it make any difference in terms of function or adjustability ease if positioned towards the front or towards the rear? Thanks for any input.

The small bullet end goes to the front on the right side, to the rear on the left side.
