Many C4 Corvettes sport seats lumbar bladders disintegrate. They were in my 1988. The old bladders will not pass PV and will receive a deduction during operations section. I believe that the most common problem with these cars are the lumbar pump bladders and the pump diaphragms disintegrate over time leaving the system inoperable. I hear that bladders can be purchased on eBay.

Re: C4 Lumbar Bladders
Hey Mark,
Thanks for the picture. This is awesome. May I ask a favor of you. Could you measure the length of each of tubing for me? As well as the length of the loom. It would be greatly appreciated. You can message me on facebook or give me a call.
Thanks,

Any chance you would be interested in making the bladder sets for '94 - '96 sport seats?

Re: C4 Lumbar Bladders
Floyd,
Yes, I would be interested in making the bladder sets for '94-'96 sport seats. The problem that I'm facing is not having access to an original bladder or any drawings that I can make them from. I need a original bladder, or seat foam with bladder impression on it to be able to make the templates for reproducing them. Is this something that you would be interested in helping me do?
Thanks,

Re: C4 Lumbar Bladders
Colton,
I sent you a PM. I'll see what I can do about finding an existing set of bladders to be used as a pattern. I'll also make an appeal for help here:
Does anyone reading this post have access to a set of '94 - '96 sport seat bladders we could use for a pattern? They are part numbers 10248445 and 10248446.
Thanx
