    '54 Bumper Brackets

    Awhile ago I removed the rear horizontal bumper and the bumper brackets. Now it's time to replace everything. Do the rubber seals that go around the bracket go on from under the car or inside the trunk? Are they glued on (contact cement) or are they screwed on?

      They were glued on - heavy
      Some look like they used bonding adhesive and alot of it
