During judging my cigarette lighter not only had the correct Casco tip but would not hold in place until hot. Simple fix I thought. I adjusted the receptacle to add a little more pressure and then the lighter works perfectly. I was going to find and order a casco but discovered I had a new one from years past in my parts pile. I put that one and it would not hold down until hot. It appears when depressing the casco, it does not extend down far enough for the tabs to catch it. Just short and the porcelain barely protrudes! Now I don't know if I need to order another Casco or if the repro socket is deeper than it should be.Theres a photo in the manual of the lighter element holder but can't tell what it looks like inside. Its a Casco 63. When depressed should it extend beyond where the porcellain is seen?
