C2 Clock Relay Replacement - Who does them?

Hi, I have a nice original clock with a worn relay pad contact. I have cleaned it and it runs for a bit but it needs to be replaced.

Does anyone know who can still replace the relays (or at least the contact pad) on a C2 clock?
