    69 Gauge Panel Ground?

    How is the gauge panel grounded on a 69? I see that the center terminal of the temp gauge grounds to the metal panel for all instruments and the light bulbs. According to Doc Rebuild's wiring diagram this terminal grounded through the wiring harness. I don't see a ground wire from the harness directly to the panel.
