Re: New Corvettes on a railcar
I wonder how many were damaged while in an open rail car going across the country? Seems nuts by today's standards.Mark Edmondson

Re: New Corvettes on a railcar
I can relate to the damage that occurred before delivery of a new corvette. My 72 came delivered with a replacement windshield (PPG not LOF)

Re: New Corvettes on a railcar
That looks like an awfully wide white stripe on the tires of the Bronze car on the bottom, doesn't it, the stripe on the white car's tires does not appear to be near as wide does it??James A Groome

Re: New Corvettes on a railcar
Fun photo Ralph, thanks.
James, I zoomed in really close on the white cars' tires. I think they're just really dirty!
