      Ralph, hard to tell if they are 63 or 64 if there was a coupe among them then we would know. It looks like Red was the popular color along with white walls. And I noted how the front tires were really tucked into wheel wells. Thanks for posting the pic.

          When they were chained down on the railcar it pulled the front end down.

                  It's "wheel covers". They are inside the baggage area to keep them from being easily stolen.
