    Receiving email from NCRS

We have had a lot of issues with members email bouncing due to bad email addresses. Please check to make sure your email is up to date. Go to this link https://www.ncrs.org/forums/register/change-address.php to check the email address we have for you. Correct it or your address or your phone while you are there.

To insure email from ncrs.org doesn't land in your Spam folder here are some tricks you can try. I got these from Kim Kamando so they should be safe.

Follow these easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions to ensure that you keep getting NCRS emails – uninterrupted.

Even if you don’t use one of these email providers, the same basic information applies to the one you use. Read through the AOL or Cox instructions, and you shouldn’t have too much trouble finding the same options in your email system.

Just an FYI - I always experience trouble receiving emails from NCRS and from my local chapter. I either never get them or it goes into my junk folder. Thank you and please advise.

      Regards,

        Re: Receiving email from NCRS

        Ron,

Go to your SPAM folder and search for any email from ncrs.org. They might come from several different addresses ending in @ncrs.org. I know we use message@ncrs.org, no_reply@ncrs.org, info@ncrs.org, admin@ncrs.org, shopkeeper@ncrs.org.

Any of them you find in your SPAM folder, click on each one and then click on the Not Spam Button at the top. This will let your provider that you are okay with receiving email from this address. You can also hover over the email address the mail came from and click on Add to Contacts. This will further insure that the email lands in your inbox not in the SPAM folder.

In the end add all of the email addresses listed above to your contacts. This will be the surest way to make sure you don't miss any email from NCRS.
