Seat install on "62"

Does the seat tracks go on top of the rug or underneath the rug in the front where the two mounting bolts are. I looked in the judging manual and there is nothing in there on how the seats are suppose to be bolted down that I saw.

See the "note" on page 14 of the latest judging guide, the very last line of section 1 under "Seat rail installation".

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction on the seats. It was right there clear as day, I don't know how I missed that "Note" on the installation, but I did. Thanks again.
