    1968 Front Parking Lamp Housing

    Hi Everyone,

    I am restoring the front outer round parking light housings / lenses that are in the front grills. After removing the lens and amber bulbs and giving the metal housings a light cleaning, one of the insides of the metal housing (where the bulb is inserted ) is painted white? The other looks to be natural cast finish - no paint. Anyone know if 68 housings received white paint in this area? Thanks!
