Judges Training Retreat Update

I am currently working on approval of Student applications for the March 2024 Judges Training Retreat. Instructor applications will be approved after registration closes on 12/15/2023. Please make sure you register for just ONE category...Student Group 1, Student Group 2 or Instructor. Any Instructor applicants who are not chosen will have the option of (1) full refund, or (2) becoming a Student (subject to availability of Student slots).

Group 1 arrive Thurs afternoon, go home on Sunday (or Sat evening after 6pm). Group 2 arrive Friday afternoon, go home on Monday (or Sunday evening after 6pm)
That's the difference in a nutshell.

I believe Group1 goes home at the end of the 2nd day, that would be Saturday. Group 2 goes home on Sunday. When I registered for Group 2, the dates were 15th thru 17th (Sunday).

I take it that if either group fills up, prospective registrants will be offered a spot in the other group?

I guess if you live close by or can catch a late flight home, that would be correct.

When a group fills up, it will no longer be available. You will be able to select the other group however.

Registration for the Retreat will end at midnight this Friday, December 15th. There are still spots available in Group 2 (arrive Friday afternoon and return home Monday). If you want to attend, you must register online by the 15th. The 15th is also the last day to cancel your registration and get your $$ refunded.

Once registration ends and we have finalized the school cars, instructors will be selected. Selection of instructors will depend on several factors. We have more instructor applicants than instructor positions, so some people will not be selected.

Dave, I need the hotel information for the march Judging Retreat. I'm ready to make my hotel reservations for the Retreat. I'm in Texas for the winter and i think i left my copy of the information at home in Missouri. i have tried to search the NCRS website to retrive it but i can't find anything. i appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thanks
