C1 1x4 Air Cleaner Base Identification

Hello all. I would like some assistance in identifying the air cleaner base identified in the attached pictures. I'd like to know which years it is correct for and whether it is an original piece or a reproduction.

It's for a 61-62 WCFB. Much harder to find than a base for an AFB. To my knowledge reproductions for these don't exist.
