You make a good point, in looking at the C5 and now C6 TIM&JGs, I really think the old "Mechanical" section should be renamed "Electronics", not much mechanical anymore on those cars.

In a few years the pics of parts will be replaced with pics of bar codes and bar code stickers will be counterfeited-a money maker for awhile.

True, I had a C5 and a C6, to me, compared to the C2s and C3s I have had, they were just sealed black boxes with no owner serviceable parts. The are electronic cars.

          Re: Carlisle 2023

Been going for many, many years, usually on Friday. I'm lucky in that it is just shy of a 2hr drive for me. Some say its not what it used to be, well that may be true but it still beats going to work.

This year I had a car in the Gallery so I was there for "setup day" on Wed and back on Fri / Sat. It was weird on Wed not seeing the sea of cars and people. My two friends and I were the only ones in the GM tent looking at the E-rays (not my cup of tea....). Different not having to battle a crowd to see the new GM offerings. I thought both Fri and Sat were well attended. Seems like the flea market always has the parts I needed in prior years when I was looking for them!
