Mystery Screws

Can someone tell me what is the purpose of the two screws pointed to in the photo? These are in frame under the right side dash. Behind the dash pad lower right. You can see the heater core opening in the background (installing a new heater core). I've had the pieces and parts from this area removed so long I can't remember what might have been there. This is a 69 with A/C.

Michael, Those 2 screws attach the radio convector to the bird cage. UPC69 sheet A2 in the 1969 AIM.
