best source for the black for the backs of '69 rims?

Guys,

I'm restoring the rims on my '69 and wondering what's a good source for the black on the back of the rally rims? Searched the archives and countless stuff on the silver-green fronts but nothing on the black for the backs. (I'm stilling working on the silver-green fronts too if anyone has a source for that.) The TIMJG says semi-flat black but of course that can mean almost anything when it comes to actual appearance. Would a black satin or matte be good for that? Thanks for any info.
