Tire Date Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread

I'm trying to determine the date on an NOS Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread blackwall tire.

The date code is TP01859.

If I understand the 68-69 TIM&JM, I believe I need to use "system 2", and the TUFSYN-PACKER system to come up with a date.

It appears to me that the date is 1968 (T), July (P). Am I correct?

Also, does anyone know what the digits 01859 stand for?
