Question for French Lick Convention Load-In Crew:

French Lick will be my 30-ish event with a car. Sometimes the lay-out and logistics of the floor require putting the cars in the building in a specific order. Sometimes they can be led to and parked in their spot in no specific order as they arrive at the door.

I'm contemplating how to get what needs to be done to my car done in the available time. If I can put the car in the building at no particular time on Monday after Ops, this would be helpful to know for advance planing.

There is no requirement that you immediately enter the building after Ops are completed. Your space inside the building is reserved. You have to be parked inside by 5 pm.

The parking crew always has a plan. There is an inside crew and an outside crew. They normally call cars in a sequence. This is to a avoid accidents and also to avoid owners backing up their cars to park. May take a bit longer, but a whole lot safer.
