    None.

You need to ask ACC, Al Knoch, Corvette America and MidAmerica for samples of their blues. You may find that one listed for a 66, for example, is the color you want. I have not found the blue they offer for 71-72 to be as close as I'd like.

        You're in Switzerland, correct?
That makes it much more difficult to find the correct color to compare. It's the one day you wish you had a black interior.

I spent a LOT of time trying to get the proper blue carpet for my '70 with blue vinyl interior- I ended up buying carpet from ACC and Knoch was nice enough to mold and finish the carpet. I got samples from them ALL, and I got photos from a NCRS judge that has a blue interior 70 he bought new. I got Top Flight and was prepared for a through "debate " with the judges, samples etc, they didn't even blink at the color.
I am just finishing another '70 and it darn sure is BLACK VINYL original interior. I had to get a small edge done, bought the correct perforated material from a supplier in Oregon and have quite a bit left over - waited over a year to get the proper material- BUT it is perfect.

Thank you for the detailed input. It seems to be an almost unsolvable problem. I would like to buy it already suitable when I make the carpet, even if in principle I could not care, since we do not have NCRS judging in Europe.

Most sellers say they offer "07 Dark Blue" and "17 Bright Blue" from ACC for the 71/72 year. I have heard that "16 Shade 13 Blue" also comes close.
Currently I have more of a "17 Bright Blue" or even a "09 Medium Blue" in the car.

Now I would only have to know which color code of ACC or AlKnoch comes closest for 71/72 blue.

Jeff, i used the bright blue as used 66-67 era, after much research and going from memory ( I had a brand new 69 with blue)
and it got OK in Top Flight with zero deduct, AND IT JUST LOOKS RIGHT.

Hi Bob, thanks for your advice, but I think the blue from 68-70 is note the same.

Fresh sample from 07/13/23 arrived here from ACC.

                    Middle: Bright blue 17 Loop
                    Right: Royal Blue 812 Cutpile

On the top is a carpet piece from under my dash without sun fading. It looks in real identical to the bright blue 07, but is this correct shade? The dark blue 07 looks really dark, I'm not sure whether this is correct.

                    Thanks for the help!

P.S. I also order samples from al knoch.

This is an old thread, but my question isn't answered.

I often see pictures from some 71-72 (TRIM 412) carpets; some had a bright blue, and some had a dark blue.

Does anybody have information or pictures which is correct?

I search for the most accurate color on the market. I think mine has been replaced in the past, See on the rear section is too high
