Can anyone recommend a shop in the Pittsburgh area that could replace the front body clip on a 69 convertible? New parts are with the car.

Hello Dave, You may want to call "Petraglia Auto Body", phone # 412-682-5430. They are located at 3800 Liberty Ave. in Bloomfield. They have done body work on two of my Corvettes, and recently did body and paint work on my friends 1959. I cannot guarantee that they would be available to do such an extensive repair, however I can guarantee their work is second to none and their rates are more than reasonable. They are experts at matching and blending paint. Give them a call and talk to either Bobby Petraglia, or Carmen Petraglia. Explain your project and I am pretty sure they can help you out.

Dave, Brian Henderson and Joe Sweezy out of Latrobe, PA (former home of our favorite Rolling Rock beer) operate Super Car Workshop and have a sister organization called Super Car Restorations that does paint and body. They've restored more original '69 Yenko Camaros, '69 Z28 Camaros and '69 COPO Camaros than any other shop known to this day. If I were in the market for paint/body, they'd get my call. Rick Nelson is using the body shop for his breathtaking '70 LS6 restorations too. Beautiful product.
