Since nobody else has acknowledged it yet, I guess I'll start...

CONGRATS to Corvette on their 70th Anniversary!
Back on June 30, 1953, the first Corvette rolled off the Flint, Michigan assembly line.
A month later, this was one of the initial magazine articles that covered the historic event.

What a great anniversary. It's amazing how this car has touched the lives of so many of us. I've always loved the Corvette and would dream about owning one when I was in grade school and high school. I finally got one in college in 1977.

Does anybody know what causes the waviness (deteriorated pixelation? resolution?) of that video ?
Can it be "restored" closer to what the original event looked like ?
The sound was still pretty good...

The National Corvette Museum's 70th anniversary display opened on Friday. The grand opening gala was Thursday night.
Many NCRS members cars are in the display . Which we helped put together
The cars along with the Museums new video board which wrap arounds the entire Rotunda is spectacular
It is well worth a visit to the Museum.
