I've never seen Delco box art like this. Can anyone tell me the approximate vintage it represents?

This style packaging was in use in the 50's to early 60's. However, the GM #1943047 distributor cap was not released until later 1962 so we know this package cannot date back before that time. Incidentally, the 1943047 was discontinued without supercession in July, 1980.
