Stamps in 1967 seat belt retractors. What do they mean?

In the current 67 judging guide I can't find any information about the following stamps: H-139, H R5, and 7-66 on these seat belt retractors. Can someone please interpret these stamps for me? Especially the 7-66 stamp. Thanks in advance.

Brian, Likely the H-139 and the HR 5 are manufacturer part numbers for the brackets. H stands for Hamill

Those identical numbers were on a 1967 set I had restored years ago. A Nov build, vin 4136.

The 7-66 may be a date code, July 1966, but unsure.

You may also find stamps on Shoulder belt mount ends. H 6

Here are some threads in the archives with more info on stampings and labels. Here Here

Charlie Santorelli did these for me.

Richard, those seat belts and retractors look great. Thanks for sharing this info with me. Does Charlie Santorelli advertise in the DriveLine, or how would I get in touch with him? Thanks.
