The original pick-up was GM #3764113. There are several on eBay right now for reasonable prices.

By the way, this pick-up was not unique to "trap door" oil pans. The same one was used for all other 1962 oil pans.

Some advise, put a spot weld on the P/U unit to the pump, they have been known to loosen up. that is known as a OMG moment.

Very advisable when a new pick-up screen is installed. ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL if a used screen is installed/re-installed in an oil pump.
