I doubt such a sale is legal in any state. It certainly isn't ethical to apply this VIN tag to any other car.

The Yenko fan-boys should be ashamed to have this post displayed on their website.

I think it was a "beware" post more than anything. Sadly, I know the seller and thought he was above that kind of BS........
