Really, Everyone should contact their Regional Representative with questions?

I'm not (hope I'm not) the only member interested in how our Board manages NCRS.

This was an open annual meeting - not available live to members via Zoom as it was to be recorded and link posted.

"Technical Glitch" is pretty lame. How difficult is it to hit RECORD?

Recorded meetings, accidentally deleted, can be recovered. (Google is your friend. Type: "Recover deleted Zoom meeting" for help.

Do we now need a campaign for:

INTERESTED MEMBERS NEED TO CALL/EMAIL THEIR REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES FOR ANSWERS.

Do we need to wait for this to light up "Corvette Forum" before members get a response re our annual meeting?

Our Technical Glitch must have been a doozy. Written meeting minutes aren't going to cut it either.

Compare written minutes to last recorded Board meeting - not on the same planet.

Grab some popcorn this may take awhile.

Rather than potentially creating up to 9 different versions of what was discussed (each BoD member / Regional Director may have different "takes" or "views"), wouldn't it be easier to have Larry Colvin post his minutes here ?

Having been responsible for documenting meetings, I know I wanted to finalize my notes and get that done ASAP after conclusion of the meeting so nothing would be missed. My guess is Larry probably does the same thing.

If not full minutes, maybe a bulletized list of items discussed and conclusions therefrom ?

The problem is that the minutes, at least from the last BOD meeting, were far different than the reality of the "interactions" and "dialogue" present in the video. Without the context and words used, it is hard to understand much of the decisions. And in some "exchanges" the body language is also relevant.

Agreed. I watched the entire 5hrs and also read Larry's minutes.

The point as I see it is for reasons unknown, we don't have video this time to witness those nuances of exchanges and body language, so Larry's notes would at least be a starting point for those who want to query their respective RDs about the items they are most interested in.
