69 Front Crossmember Bolts to Rad Support

This might be another case of me overlooking the answer to my question in the AIM or service manual. I don't even find these bolts in the AIM. What is the proper torque for the two bolts that go up from the bottom of the front crossmember into the bottom of the radiator support? L36 with A/C if that makes a difference.

UPC 11-13, Sht. B4. Item #9, which shows a bolt torque of 35-50 LBS. FT.

Gary, I was focusing on UPC L36, B4 & B5 because that is my engine. The drawing on the page you cited is unclear regarding the crossmember, but Item #9 likely applies to my car as well. So I will go with that.
