    67 L88 at https://www.holygrailcorvettes.com/

Does anyone know more about this car. I never seen a 67 237/300 car with that much documentation let alone the most desirable engine option with the most desirable color combination.

I know nothing about Bloomington Gold procedures and requirements...

What does it mean when the Bloomington Gold Certificate under Engine Casting and Stamp Numbers Description says "Appear OEM" >>> then "Inconclusive" >>> then "Owner Declared Non-OEM Stamps not evaluated" ?

    thx,
    Mark

The NCRS doc validation coincides with what I thought. No window sticker listed. The Dealer invoice is a nice form and should not be confused with the dealership invoice given to the buyer. That terminology can be confusing.

This is a great car with lots of paperwork. I was displayed many times over the years at various shows. The original owner acquired many of the documents for this car, probably due to the initial cost of the car or possibly a dealer connection.

The stamping in the picture looks original. They must have bullied the owner into a not evaluated status.

On second thought, I guess my attention was on the Tonawanda stamp which I think is authentic. The vin characters do not look authentic however. They appear to be 60% width to height ratio instead of the correct 50% ratio. How could this happen? There are blocks out there from L88 crate engines that have the Tonawanda stamp but no VIN because they were not installed at St. Louis. These blocks are rare and expensive and the perfect way to restore an L88 if you can use the correct VIN characters. My apologies to Bloomington.
